Good luck finding out that cash balance ! After MANY phone calls , with each person telling me to e-mail " Balances" for my cash position , this was the helpful response I received ( no balance noted even though that was what I SPECIFICALLY asked for ad nauseum): "As stated in a previous email sent to you on May 4, 2000, we have begun adjusting your online estimated balances to Herzog " Cindy_Belmore@tdc.com She then copied their mass e-mailing telling customers their accounts might be incorrect. such a help ! If anyone wants to know why I am still here - I have initiated no further trades and am sweeping my account for cash on a daily basis. In the process of liquidating , but it takes time... and somehow I feel like I am barely escaping the sinking ship. And guess what - there is not a soul there that cares
