SVGL uses Lambda for their 193nm scanner. Cymer is qualified at Nikon, ASML, and Canon for 193nm. The market for ArF lithography tools is expected to be in the 30 - 40 unit range for the next couple years. The total market for DUV tools is expected to be closer to 1000 units in 2001 and 2002.
