IPJ and JAVA GOLD seemed - at least last year - to share the same registered offices, same mailing address, and IPJ probably have a block of shares in JAVA GOLD. However they no longer share two directors - that was sorted out a long time ago. The key are the 3 current directors of JAVA GOLD, Messrs Kraft, German and Chater - see my earlier messages for their addresses. Please contact them! They are the Board of JAVA GOLD and have unfulfilled obligations to the shareholders, to the Ontario business legislation and to the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia.
