Fiber to the toilet.
About a month ago, i found this in the prospectus:
In Paris, France, we have received
approval from the city authorities to lay our fiber in the underground
sewer system. This agreement enables us to lay our fiber in a cost-
effective manner because it entails minimal excavation of city streets as
the system's conduits connect to nearly all buildings in Paris....

Completel has studied with the sewer authority the specifications of the
fiber optic cables thar are fixed in the sewer system.
In consequence, our fiber optic cables are armed and placed at the top of
the sewer system.
The machines, used by the sewer authority, doesn't wash that high and we
didn't have any accident in the last two years related to such machines.
