Some progress - I've tracked down a DIRECTOR of JAVA GOLD.

GARY E. GERMAN
Director of Java Gold Corporation (certified report, 26 April 2000)
GARY GERMAN
Director of Nevsun Resources Ltd (NSU) of Vancouver. Company active but delisted 31 Jan 2000.

I sm fairly sure they are one and the same. I've emailed him and asked him to read the JAVA GOLD string.
