So did my golf partner who 1st called my attention to MLTN. Unfortunately he chased it down (although he took considerable profit well before the Chapter whatever). I took a minor loss, selling my stake in the sucker on its last dead cat bounce.

I do appreciate your explanations on this thread of REG S financing and its implications, and the link you provided to the Barrons article on that subject.
