Hey, since this board is moderated, I think it would wonderful if the CEO would post from time to time, or any other of the top brass in the company, for that matter. In this rapid new era of full disclosure, this era of levelling the playing field by democratizing personal finances, it could serve as a responsible example of changing the rules of engagement. Why not give us, the shareholders, an easy way to interact on a regular basis with and get direct support from someone up there in the lofty mists of near-billion dollar revenues... :)
