Darrell Still holding ALL my shares. I don't know anything about RSYS contacting SEC. But, I'm in the midst of drafting my own letter to SEC. I'll send it to them tomorrow and post a copy here. Still haven't heard from NASDAQ, but my buddies on the Street tell me the the NASDAQ regulatory division is looking closely over the shoulders of the market makers in the stock. We'll see. Burt
