Dr. H has a respected name within the industry. More importantly, despite the false inclination that was posted in Barrons, he has a commitment to the company - which is demonstrated by his new contract. More importantly, what I feel most of you have missed, that is important to consider when looking at this company is that Reticulose is being tested for several uses, not just HIV. If the company can prove its effectivenes in treating any disease, the profit potential is unlimited - even if the US won't approve it, international profits are unlimited where rules are often more LAX!!! The company maintains a nominal overhead, with outsourcing of major money drainers, like distribution (eliminating the need for sales staff) and manufacturing of the products (eliminating substantial fixed cost investments). In an nutshell, the company does not need a cure for AIDS to become a Wall Street Star, we just need one effective use for the drug and their profits and ours will soar. However, we need to be realistic here, and I doubt, even under the best circumstances, this stock will ever see $100 as someone else previously noted. But, I could see this reaching $3.00 to $5.00 in the near term, with potential in the teens over the long haul. My source also indicated that the "news" we are waiting for is that the company is generating a lot of positive publicity and will be reviewed by one of the major TV stations in a news feature on the developments of their drug. Furthermore - in July there is a big Drug conference to be held in Canada, which attracks a lot of international people who will be following US developments - ADVR will be on the bill and get a lot of exposure there. Again, I repeat DON'T dicredit the international market - there is ton of money for drug start-ups !!! In addition, often these small companies are "picked-up" by the majors to gain their research/development and team of Dr's - Dr. H. remains a likely candidate to gain momentum and interest in the company. I feel that you need to continue to watch closely as with every penny stock, they are minipulated by "outside forces" but look at the fundamentals and judge for yourself! ADVR has been operating in business for over 10 years and the company is here to stay. One small breakthrough - and the potential is unlimited. |
