We will use a single data-line for our telephone, internet connection, and TV/DSS/Cable connection.... I already do. And, there is one alarming problem with it, and it happened to me about a month ago. The connection went down. I was left without my phone, television, and internet connection all at the same time. Gone. My cell phone wasn't even charged. Are you ready? ha! No, I wasn't ready for that, but it was an interesting experience. It reminded me of when I decided to stop watching television for two years. I just unplugged it and put it in my closet. Suddenly, I had a lot more free time.
