Eric, what you say about the 20F report makes no sense. The Josh project in Nevada wasn't even part of Delgratia until December 1, 1996. Check it out, it's in the annual report.

I know what I'm talking about, I've been checking this one out myself.

By the way, Dr. Ager got his graduate degree from UBC...with honors.

Also, Northgate didn't sell the ABM property in six months. Northgate was having problems with a property in northern British Columbia that wasn't owned by Ager, and needed the cash.

Let's get the facts straight, folks.
