Are anti-takeover measures in place?

I'm not aware of any, but substantial ownership by the Reddys would make external takeovers less likely unless it has their blessing.

More of the concern I've heard is around a leveraged buyout taking the company private. I'm not sure how likely that is, but if it occurred it would almost certainly be at a substantially higher price.
