Cisco provides employees with NQ options. Income tax is paid upon exercise.. there is no capital gains on Non-Qualified stock options. The article is wrong.

Seems to me that, like here, there are a number of writers and publications out there trying to make a name for themselves by saying CSCO has problems...and IF they miss on Tuesday then they become the benefactors of "being right". Notice how all this has occurred in only the past few weeks. Well, I think this is going to back-fire. They are all going to be proven wrong.
