Hi mrsmith and all,
The 20-F was for the fiscal Jun30, 1996 but it was dated
in the last page 60 as Dec 12, 1996.
In page 29, it talked about the Nevada property.

to purchase up to a 70% equity interest in Nevada Gold Corp...>>>
The terms and conditions and vendor of that property is exactly the same as Josh, so I believe that is the Josh property.

You can call the company like I did and they will mail a 20-F to you.
