She hasn't been using any artificial tears yet - just has puffiness around her eyes. Because it is so dry in Colorado, she needs a moisturizer around her eyes - I has told her to stop using anything until the allergy symptoms were alleviated - she had been using the cortisone ointment you suggested.

She doesn't drink or smoke, and is not on b.c.
