I actually called the company the other day. Dominic Scacci is no longer the "president". Darrell (can't remember his last name) is now at the helm. He told me they need to have an audit done before they can get back on the bulletin board. They have also changed their name to something like Omnigene Development. The 4 to 1 split has taken place so now I have 4 times as many worthless shares. I tell you, at first I thought that maybe they were the victim of a disgruntled employee, but the fact that the pres stepped down and their stock has been suspended for almost a half a year makes me think that this company cannot be for real. At least they are not as real as they presented themselves before the crash. I guess I will sell their shares at the end of the year to cut down on cap gains taxes.
