Jim, there were two large block trades on Fri. One for 15k and the other for 20k shares. Both were sells. I like to look at large block trades as indications of institutinal trading. Some people agree with this interpretation, some people don't.

My opinion on the price spike is that people receiving the annual report in the mail bought more shares. Why not? The Co. reported that everything is progressing as planned.

The annual report offered some interesting stats, for example IFLO's market position in each segment that they are in and the number of competitors in each segment, but the report lacked information that should be included such as who IFLO's customers are, for example.
