Yes, a dead horse, i should think ... as are the 'child abuse' charges against Juan Miguel, which if i remember correctly were cooked up at a suspiciously late date by the FNAC types who were purportedly using 'testimony' from Nivaldo. Maybe Arianne just had a better nose for seaworthiness of a 'boat' than did Elisabeth.

The russians got the eyesight of a canadian pilot in the Gulf of Georgia as well ... he was checking out a 'fishing trawler' ... there is info on that case on the net ... the limpwrist failure of the canadian DOD to act on his behalf have been despicable ... at least as of a year or two ago, anyway.
