NEOG may be an excellent company - in fact standard valuation measures such as p/s and p/b suggests that there is real value there even if revenue growth is no great shakes- but it's hard to get excited about a company trading an average of just a bit over 10k shares a day.

Suggests the possibility of a liquidity roach motel - tough to check out of.
