Fair question - in response I have a fair question also: Since SNCG is a public company and since there are certain basic requirements of public companies, where are the results for the prior quarters that haven't been filed with the SEC yet? And why not?
Having taken over SNCG's control Stockett is responsible for seeing that that is done. Yet are there any press releases or notices to shareholders? None that I've heard about.

But what we did get was a press release that referred to the 3 companies he controls having *consolidated* revenues of $2 million and a net profit of $500K - "approximately" appended to each. Not stated was whether the $500K was pre- or after tax. Where are the figures? HTEC hasn't reported either. Maybe the number of shareholders is so small that the law doesn't require quarterly reports but after all he did make a statement about the consolidated revenues and earnings without putting out the actual details.

In order to offset what surely must have been huge losses at SNCG the profits of the karate studios and IPO Network had to be gigantic so as to produce a profit of 25% of revenues. Does that pass the smell test?

Oh, maybe the revenues excluded Sinclare so maybe the profits are from just 1 or both of the other 2 - but his release
