What about WTO and China - US politicians and businesses are counting on increasing exports to China for wireless and airplanes ? Globally, even cash-laden oil societies such as Saudis are facing economic problems. Moreover, Soros' exit from biotech and tech stocks suggest further weakness ahead. So there is a weak supply of sideline monies.
