Carl: Isn't it fair to say that one reason the problem with Thunderbird was found "early" (not early enough for some) is that the problem seems to be similar to the prevailing theory on what caused the Camino problem? As a result, you can bet the testing for every possible hickup of a "camino type" was done. And, lo and behold, they found one. Hey, Intel the pathfinder, making life easier for AMD.
