Silicon Master: Do you or, hopefully, anyone else looking on know who produces the equipment used to mfgr silicon wafers. I know Exxon is a mfgr of wafers but have no info re. who else makes wafers and no knowledge whatever re. who makes the equip. they use and how sophisticated it is. The thought is that I may have missed a play at the beginning of the entire process. Appreciate any info. to deepen my understanding of the product/process flow diagram. Regards: Cliff
