US Can (USC) below 18 with a $21 cash bid on the table from management. Financing is the risk. Looking at the fundamentals, there doesn't seem to be much downside even if there were no bid. And there is still the possibility of somebody coming along and bidding more than $21.

One thing I really like about this one is that there are two or three outside directors on the board who are big holders of stock.
