No, it is as I said... Will they be SOESable and DIRECTLY accessible. SNETing an ecn is an archaic way of doing business. Though I think the answer to the question for both methods is the same and I will ask it both ways when I call. I strongly suspect the NASD will not allow both but would be happy to hear it is possible.
