Chuck, By this, are you suggesting that MU is ahead of Hotrail? I have no idea where HotRail was, we have no idea about their capability. They could have ditched the project because they were way over their heads. MU on the other hand just demonstrated a working DDR based dual processor motherboard for Piii. Given this, I think MU may indeed be ahead. Joe
