If a person kills another person by being careless, in a car accident, for example, can he be put in jail? I think so. First, he could have done it on purpose, and second, even if he is not, he could be drunk, or even if he is not drunk, he could be unsuited to drive.... Anyway, I am just concerned because from your list, it looks like people can argue that at MSTR's problem, they should not have reassured the public to believe that everything is under control... and therefore there can be a case. Any lawyers out there willing to comment?
