Just starting to look into AVI and BD among other auto rental companies. I see that BD has lost alot more percentage wise then any of the others and that it has the lowest stock rating I think of all the companies also. I'm starting to look through the quartly reports. Why is it that it has fallen so much and can it be fixed?

One major concern that I see is that has alot of debt like alot of the other companies. Does anyone know what other non core assets does BD have? Any sign of a the feared price war within industry (I have seen some great coupons from the privately held Enterprise for car as low as $18)?
