i have read in books that it also shows that the company believes their
stock price is undervalued if it issues debt or uses cash. an issuance
of more stock shows the opposite. also, i agree in this case, as alta
is definitely undervalued. we could see much higher prices in a year
if management keeps on track. still looks good to me here and i want to buy
more but have no more funds presently.
