Well, this year you guys helped me win some money. At a Derby Day party I had $2 each on Fusaichi Pegasus, The Deputy, and Anees. In this pool, FP paid off 6-1, so I came out $6.00 ahead. I would have had a lot more winnings except that three little girls aged about 5, 6, and 7 also decided to bet on the Nipponese star along with adults of various ages. They should have been disqualified as underage and their bets returned to them, of course; or maybe confiscated as illegal wagers. W. C. Fields would have found a way to get it done.
