SEG and SNDK: Aus and thread, I admit to not reading 100% of posting here, though probably in the vicinity of 80% or more. The point: I thought the thread had concluded that the SEG transaction financing did not require SEG/VRTS to dispose of SNDK shares in order to pull off the restructuring. Did that conclusion change?

Whether SEG is responsible for the selling or not, I agree that SNDK is underperforming in the market during the last month--no bounce when the NAS snapped back to the 3800 level, and continued weakening since then, while near comparables such as SSTI have gone on to new highs.

Somewhere there is a disconnect, as SNDK prospects for the near to intermediate term look very good.

Steve

PS Aus, thanks for the note on the scanner issue. Actually, the generic feeder for the HP T45 took the photos without a hitch--but I could not get that file to be transmitted by my e-mail file.
