Matt, you're too critical of me! I appreciate your posts on this thread and any information that you can share, whether it's news directly from VLNC, news from the industry or news from other interested investors, including world famous investors like Morty. I certainly am elated at what Mr Cohen states in his e-mail. I truly wish he is on track.

However, as you recognized, as a serious investor of VLNC, I don't want to have blindfolds on. So, I will look at anything from every possible angle, both positive and negative. The dynamic of the internet if absolutely fabulous. But, it comes to us with almost total anonymity (sp?). As a consequence, it's only natural to question things.

Bottom line, I continue to be very excited about VLNC's prospects. I printed off their last 10 SEC filings from Edgar last night and looked them over. The most impressive aspect of VLNC is the relationships they've established with some of the industry heavyweights. They've had a working relationship with Delphi (formerly Delco Remy) of GM for years, they have a cross licensing deal with Everyready battery, they've licensed certain production processes from BellCore, they have a JV with Hanail of Korea, and the list goes on and on.

The biggest stumbling block has obviously been the ability to mass product batteries. If what FMK and Morty say is true, that they're close to production, then we're well on our way to a rewarding investment. There's no doubt that lithium battery technology is what the OEMs want as their next generation battery technology. There's no doubt that the market is huge, possibly between 1 and 3 BILLION! When a company can mass produce, the OEMs will come knocking (down) at the door. I look forward to that day.

Thanks again for your contributions. Please accept my apologies for appearing to be a little "critical" of Morty's e-mail and I ask, on behalf of the rest of the thread, to continue to post what you receive. Thanks.

Paul
