Thanks If I understand correctly, G phone have GPS functions inside and it tells to GW, where it is. GW is operating calls by agreements and government licensees. Estonia is in 200 mile zone of Finland BTW. I look at new Estonian telecommunication law again, and it talks about "BUILDING telecommunication infrastructure in Estonia" licensing. Radiolinja already have the license to do that and they are not building anything for G* here. Maybe the licensing have something to do with radio frequencies. Veiko
