Working Capital of $231K on 12/01/96 (according to Stock Watch), also according to Stock Watch there were the following news releases: 5/1 New Director - Why? 4/30 Options Granted - To Who...How Many...How Much? 4/07 Options Granted - Same as above? 2/25 Private Placement - 400,000 shares at $0.30 - Why Just doing my DD (Due Dilly)... Further, with regard to the financials, I would much prefer the original rather than bits and pieces from News Letters. Please tell me where I can get the information. I am about to take the plung and buy some shares...please help me out with some answers. Later...Gator
