Interesting, huh? Provides a nice photo of "what could have been". Comer et al. destroy this business plan, and then don't have the fortitude to carry theirs on. I certainly hope that they're someday made public, the initial licensing demands of Sibia. From what I know, I'd assign this mess to Levin. However, if the initial Sibia demands were something like 5% (or north), then I'd also guess that I would have walked the same path. It's awful that the whole mess boiled to an end when liquidity to back R&D was at it's all time low (for biotech). Glass hasn't called and asked for advice yet. You? <g>
