I think it goes something like this:

1- Announcement of Phase III clinical results - mid May
2- FDA Submission - 30 - 90 days
3- Marketing partner agreements - 60 - 120 days
4- Mexican approval and sales - before end of year
5- FDA approval - late '98 or '99 ??? predict the FDA??

All this hinges on #1
