I am NOT a shareholder at this moment.. I received the email below today and searched SI for info on HTEH... that's how I got to this thread...I may buy some HTEH on Monday if the price has not been pumped, for spec only.

STOCK TRACKER NEWSLETTER

I repeat, is anyone doing the math on this?
This is the Stock Tracker, and if this is the first time
you are receiving this newsletter, Welcome.
I track "penny" stocks which trade OTC, and I do it
for fun! It always amazes me how a company's stock
can rise and fall so quickly with just the posting of a
new release. That is, until now! Somewhere, somehow,
either everyone missed this, or I am missing something.

Here's the story. The stock I am watching now is HTEH,
U.S. Cement Company, Inc./Hightec, Inc. Friday, their
stock closed at $0.16 a share. If they have a cap of
8,000,000 shares, it simply means the company is worth
about $1,280,000, (0.16 x 8,000,000 =$1,280,000).
Here is what mystifies me; on April 13, 2000, they released
a story on a five year agreement to purchase American
grade cement from China, to the tune of $900,000,000.
The first order is for $9,000,000!

Do the math, and tell me I am wrong. As an example, even if the
company only makes a 5% commission on the stuff (I do not know
their commission rates), the potential of $900 MILLION between
those stockholders is mind-blowing! It closed at $.16 on Friday.
It doesn't make sense. Do we get so wrapped up in the opinions
of chat room postings from non-interested parties that we fail to
do the simple math or read the history, or check the company's
web site? Read it through.

Join the Stock Tracker and watch this baby with me. Someone is going
to do the math and very possibly make some big bucks. By the way, it
won't be me. I do this just for fun and to pass the time.
