Norman: I actually think that the number of processors will be much larger than 10 and the capacity much smaller than 1500. This is a large geographical area with a number of major metropolitan areas but also areas of dispersed populations. The large metropolitan area could use the higher capacity systems, but the thinly populated areas will need distributed processing, namely smaller units to cover larger geography. It is a standard "simplex" problem in which you optimize transportation distance vs production efficiencies gained from larger processors. Zeev
