Dennis,

Royal Oak is essentially worthless. To add to what Mike G says, it seems that the stock last traded at four cents on 16 Feb '00, and there are presently no bids or offers for it:

As an investment it is almost assuredly worthless, however the one thing I might suggest is that some short seller somewhere might be interested in buying it from you (for a pretty nominal price, though). You could try offering it via the Internet (EBay, perhaps?). I'd think you might be able to get $20 or $30 for it. If your broker charges for certificate delivery, it might not be worthwhile. I covered my short position some time ago, so I unfortunately can't offer to help here.
