I'm sure there are a lot of folks looking for charts with good rebound possibilities. THE major consideration (imo) is that the 13 dCCI for any stock must show proper tone. A smoothed out (comatose) look on the indicator as price bounces is a negative. Much more often than not, a comatose CCI on an initial bounce will result in a lower low after the bounce.
Proper 13 dCCI tone is seen as sharper movement...ie nice zigs and zags. For stocks with questionable tone on the 13...go to the 8 to see if there's a tendency for a return to proper tone.
