Insiders were selling Lattice very heavily just days before the announcement of down earnings. I tract the DOW Jones news service and had seen nothing significant on either the news services or the "Watch" insiders report service to indicate that insiders were ditching the stock prior to this week. It looks like the indsiders planned to dump their stock very close to when the news was reported so that they could get every penny posible out of us gulible investors. The investmetn community should demand legislation that prevents or penalizes insiders from selling at least 60 days prior to the release of any greatly detrimental news!
