then how can you be bullish on SCH, with a P/E in the 50s+ ?
do Mer, MWD, or GS grow 150% annually?
MER added 16,000 online accounts, ETrade 603,000...
EGRP has 16% online trading market share, and is out to get SCH with 21% (it used to be 25% but has been losing its share steadily to ETrade).
Merrill's online market share is in the 0,0-something %.
believe it or not, a cloud is hanging over traditional brokers and traditional banks heads.
the cannibalization issue has not been resolved, nor will it be.
are EGRP, or SCH, really just financial stocks? i don't think so, and neither does Schwab's CEO.

___
"Problem is, once EGRP starts to join the ranks of real players like MER, MWD, or GS, it will be valued at a P/E of 15"
