OT ------------- I agree, but who are you to demand that anything be ended. Your ignorance of the tax code and accounting principles needs to be exposed before anyone relies on your advice regarding these matters. I guess if correcting the mistatements of a misinformed know-it-all makes me a poor CPA, than you are right, I am a horrible CPA. My posts are on-topic because they deal with GAAP and the Internal Revenue Code which affect LSI, CSCO and all other entities. And you should be thankful that highly educated professionals (C.P.A., M.S., J.D.) take time from their busy schedules to correct your errors. Even in the face of the trash you post as fact and attacks you make on the level of our professional competance we still post. We know more than you, that's why we are certified and members of bars. You, my friend, are totally off-topic. I apologize to the thread for taking up your time.
