Francis--I couldn't agree with you more. Global 24 hour trading will truly be awesome, and it will make companies like E*Trade--with their ultra-aggressive global plans--extremely rich. I'm also with you on volatility being our friend, as long as we don't margin ourselves into danger. I've had numerous debates with folks on the RB WAVX thread about volatility, and it's surprising how many people (intelligent people, too) see this as some threat to the natural order. True, volatility can hurt you if you're margined too far and have your shares yanked out from underneath you, but it can also be lucrative as hell if you use limit buy and sell orders wisely.
