Make sure you call and report your experience to Debi MacWilliam VP at 1-514-289-0684,,,,,I did and she was very reasonable with my situation.Trouble is one should not have to resort to this type of resolution mechanism. She is very reasonable.I only use TD for position trades now.I have negotiated a satisfactory commission structure with a full service broker.Phone never rings more than twice and execution is before I can hang the phone up.
