Local news in the Tampa area reported that tentative agreement has been reached between msft and doj. The agreement will be presented to Judge Jackson later this week (i think they said thursday). The agreement provides that msft would give up (what I don't know) in exchange for doj's dropping it's break-up efforts. Apparently this was reported by the Washington Post and picked up, at least by, tampa bay news 9 (an all day news channel). That's all I've got folks.
