A short time ago, MSFT laid $5 Billion, yes billion, on ATT as an 'investment'. The public
info was that the investment was for 'future ITV' collaborations. Specifically, the Windows
CE operating system software for 'advanced digital' set top boxes. Supposedly, ATT was
going to use MSFT's Windows CE on all their advanced digital boxes.

Then, WGAT purchased DVA, who was doing alot of work for WGAT. One of DVA's
specialities is working with Windows CE.

Today, Hal made his announcement, which in effect, follows the logic that, ATT has decided
to use Windows CE on their advanced digital boxes and WGAT, in an announcing the
collaboration with MSFT for the Windows CE platform, is in the position of being the
application of choice for ATT/MSFT's Windows CE Operating System on the most advanced
digital boxes.

This will not happen tomorrow, but the prestige and future growth prospects for WGAT are
enormous now that both ATT and MSFT are in the picture.

WGAT is leading the pack in forming alliances and partnerships in the most important
emerging technology we've seen since the internet itself.
