Mike, regarding your strength training:

I don't argue that limiting the amount of
time spent at the gym doing weight only helps,
but as for myself, I must divide it to three
sessions for major body groups: lower body,
chest & triceps, back & biceps.

How do you compare your results to, say, 20 years
ago. Is it true that after 30, our muscle capacity
goes down?
