Well the rumor was 1/2 right and 1/2 wrong.....60 is right, the acquirer was incorrect. I think this is good news for us longs and excellent for the Nuts overall. What I think we have here, is recognition of value and market presence, not recognition of a bubble. This is a 66% premium over Friday's close and a cash deal( I think it is cash). I really can't remember the last big cash deal like this...usually it is stock. This very well could put every internet under the scope of what is their market share worth in cash to a cash rich company. I suspect this will be the first of a number of deals from traditional companies who missed the eight ball but need to get into the new real world. Stay tuned. We will see at least 10% from exds tomorrow and I guess 5% from the DOT index
