Hi Dave B; Re Rambus and reliability, and user insertion... What happened to Intel's user insertable 3-RIMM design? At the current price, not a lot of users are going around inserting this stuff. But you are right, I didn't think this would go so far. On the other hand, the costs involved in getting out to customers has been excessive enough that it adds $200 or so to the cost of the computer. That is enough to sink it, in the long run. -- Carl P.S. SI is getting weird tonight...
